Construct a Tentacle!
What *is* it about tentacles? At least other people agree with me. Check out Te Papa's Colossal Squid Site, which is the companion site to the Colossal Squid exhibit that opened in New Zealand recently. It's cute, it's kitschy, and best of all, you can Build Your Own Squid! It's more fun than you can shake a tentacle at. The opening of this exhibit marks one of the bits of actual tentacle *news* - as opposed to kitchy products for sale - that's been mentioned on Today in Tentacles.
